When and what time does ingress start?

The scheduled date for the ingress is usually two days before the event. A memo will be passed to all exhibitors a week before the schedule date indicating their specific build-up scheduled during the ingress phase. Exhibitors are expected to be prepared with their materials by the time of ingress.

Do exhibitors need to settle certain requirements prior to the ingress phase.

Settlements are in the Accounting desk, and please claim your ingress clearance after settling the amount assigned in your party.

Attach with three (3) accomplished copies of company delivery receipt to the gate pass. (Note: Please declare all the materials that the party will bring upon entering the exhibition hall).

The party shall claim their EXHIBITORS’ INGRESS/EGRESS IDs and EXHIBITOR’S ID, truck pass and car pass from the organizers.

When and what time does egress start?

Egress shall commence right after the closing time of the exhibition. Exhibitors are expected to finish egress not later than 12:00 midnight or upon the organizers’ official announcements/memos. Exceeding beyond the schedule time will correspond to overtime charges in the exhibitor’s part.

Reminder:

Dismantling of booth system materials shall be executed by the Official Booth Contractor, these are for the exhibitors who availed the booth system package.

Truck passes shall be inspected upon the entry of the Exhibitors. The schedule of ingress and egress is strictly enforced, going beyond the allotted time is strictly prohibited. Overtime Charges shall be accounted to the exhibitor.

Is there a specific dress code?

Please do not wear slippers, sandos and shorts during ingress/egress phase; and kindly wear business attire with your exhibition IDs, during the event proper phase. Failure to follow this protocol will correspond to sanctions, this policy is strictly enforced by the organizers.

Are food and drinks allowed in the venue?

Food and drinks are allowed in the venue, but exhibitors are responsible in disposing leftovers and food packages. Failure to comply with the protocol will lead to sanctions to the exhibitors part.

Is there a standard look for a booth?

Yes there is a standard look for a booth. Dilapidated booths are not allowed in the exhibition hall. For those who availed the standard shell scheme package, the booths are equipped with, two 40 watt fluorescent lamps, one utility table, convenience outlet, 0.34 wide fascia board with company name( this must not exceed 20 letters), needle punch carpet and two utility chairs.

Can exhibitors post banners, posters and any other materials?

Yes. Just ensure that everything is within the booth space provided by the organizers. Kindly refer to the exhibitor’s manual on the guidelines on the exhibition panel’s do’s and don’ts.

Are exhibitors allowed to customize their booth?

Customized booths are allowed, provided that specifications are submitted and approved by the venue.  Please do take note that this requires 30 working days before final approval will be settled. There is also a maximum height; which is six (6) meters.

Are exhibitors entitled to free parking?

The organizers shall provide parking passes prior to the event (please do take note that parking passes is subjected to availability, first come first served basis).The assigned parking for exhibitors will be discussed during the exhibitor’s orientation, scheduled by the organizers.

Do exhibitors have free furniture to use?

Exhibitors are given a standard furniture set; one table (1) and two (2) chairs. The party can provide their own furniture or they can request from our accredited contractor (please do take note that charges will be accounted to the exhibitors’ statement of accounts).

Is there an allowable amount of electrical consumption?

Exhibitors are only provided a convenience outlet which is good for 300 watts, consumption will be computed as follows. Formula:  No. of kilowatts used x No. of Hours x ₱ 24.00 kilowatt/ hour = Total Amount Due.

When is the final settlement?

Please settle your remaining balance before ingress date.

The organizers are not responsible or liable for any damages, theft or loss of any properties from the exhibitor.

The organizers of the event reserve the right to impose rules and regulations in order to maintain good and wholesome event.
